Synopsis / Sinossi
In a post-apocalyptic frozen wasteland, a survivor intercepts a stray radio signal from another human being. Alone in the endless winter, he sets out to track down the source.
In un mondo post-apocalittico ridotto a una landa ghiacciata, un sopravvissuto intercetta un segnale radio vagante proveniente da un altro essere umano. Solo in un inverno senza fine, si mette in viaggio per rintracciarne la fonte.

Mirko Fois (b. 2000) defines himself as a raw, self-taught filmmaker. Raised in the industrial zone of Venice with a background in visual
arts, he uses cinema as a way to reinterpret reality and build imaginary worlds through a physical, hand-crafted approach to filmmaking.
Focusing on independent horror and sci-fi films, his work includes The Nightmare of Moonfish Island selected at Trieste Science+Fiction Festival 2025 and IL MOSTRO DELLE NEVI, his latest short film.
Mirko Fois (classe 2000) si definisce un filmmaker grezzo e autodidatta. Cresciuto nella zona industriale di Venezia e con un background nelle arti visive, usa il cinema per reinterpretare la realtà e costruire mondi immaginari, attraverso un approccio fisico e artigianale alla regia. Concentrato su horror e fantascienza indipendenti, tra i suoi lavori c’è The Nightmare of Moonfish Island, selezionato al Trieste Science+Fiction Festival 2025, e Il Mostro delle Nevi, il suo ultimo cortometraggio.
