Every morning, Carlo, a retired general, wakes up following the instructions he has left for himself, trying to bring order to a reality that Alzheimer’s is slowly eroding. Each day passes just like the one before, but misplaced details, fragmented memories, and shadows of the past hide within the Fog of his mind. One night, however, something shatters the fragile balance of his routine, bringing back to light a horror that memory had long buried.
Ogni mattina Carlo, generale in pensione, si sveglia seguendo le istruzioni che lui stesso ha lasciato, cercando di dare ordine a una realtà che l’Alzheimer sgretola. Ogni giornata così scorre, identica a quella precedente, ma dettagli fuori posto, ricordi frammentati e ombre del passato si nascondono nella Nebbia della mente. Una notte, però, qualcosa spezza il fragile equilibrio della routine, riportando alla luce un orrore che la memoria aveva sepolto.
Biografia del regista
Lisa Rovo, born in Milan in 1994, is a screenwriter, copywriter, and storyteller. With an innate vocation for horror, she studied screenwriting at Mohole and copywriting at NABA. In 2021, she wrote the screenplay for Alice Was My Name, directed by Brace Beltempo. Beyond her work in film, Lisa is the author of the book Pandemos, as well as several short stories published in various collections, and she also writes on commission, collaborating with multiple agencies. Nebbia marks her first challenge as a director, through which she seeks to bring her own vision of horror.
Lisa Rovo, milanese classe 1994, è una sceneggiatrice, copywriter e storyteller. Con una vocazione per l’horror innata, studia sceneggiatura presso la Mohole e copywriting alla NABA. Nel 2021, scrive la sceneggiatura di Alice Was My Name, di Brace Beltempo. Oltre al lavoro cinematografico, Lisa è autrice del libro Pandemos, di altri racconti apparsi su pubblicazioni e scrive su commissione; collaborando con varie agenzie. Questa è la sua prima sfida alla regia e, in Nebbia, vuole portare la sua visione dell’horror.
